We only bill you for the consultation itself. The cost of any prescribed medications is charged separately by the pharmacy when you pick them up.
This way, you're only paying for what you need, and medication costs are handled directly at your chosen pharmacy.

You can request a lab test by selecting the specific test on our website, filling out the necessary information, and paying the fee online. Once approved by a licensed provider, you’ll receive a lab order to bring to your nearest lab.

If you're unsure which lab test is right for you, we recommend booking a consultation with one of our licensed medical providers. They will assess your symptoms and help determine the most appropriate test for your situation.

We partner with Quest Diagnostics, which has numerous locations across the country. You can use the lab locator on our site to find the nearest lab to you.

Lab results typically take about 4 business days or less, depending on the type of test. Results will be delivered directly to your Push Health account.

Unfortunately, insurance cannot be used to pay for lab testing services through OMC Virtual Care. We accept all major credit/debit cards, HSA and FSA cards, and PayPal.

The total lab testing fee includes a lab order from a licensed provider, all lab fees, and an electronic copy of your results.

Your results will be sent electronically through your secure Push Health account. You’ll receive an email notification when they’re ready.
